Red Flag Pest Control on 280 did ours.  Owner checked work when finished and made sure it was correct.  Highly recommend them??

What material did they use?  Plastic sheeting or some sort of spray-on material?  Cost per square foot?  We had some significant hardwood flooring repair done and the newly installed pieces exhibit some cupping, indicating excess moisture on the under side.  Reason for asking about spray-on is that the ground clearance under the house gets smaller and smaller from back to front, to essentially nonexistent at the front part of the house.  For all practical purposes inaccessible by a human being but maybe not a spray wand.

6 mil clear plastic sheathing.  Forgot the cost but was reasonable.  No more dampness or musky smell!??

we recently had this done + installed dehumidifier in crawlspace--cut a vent into finished basement--now humidity never exceeds 52%--APS out of Bham 205825-8978; very glad we had dehumidifier installed--well worth the $8000 for it all

All we have is crawl space and ours too is shallow at front of house and over 6ft at rear.  What I liked about RedFlag is this;  owner came out and inspected the job when completed, discovered the job was not done correctly and made the workers come back out and do it the right way.  Here's the kicker:  made the workers apologize to my wife for not doing it correctly the first time.  Kid you not!

Not cheap but well worth the cost to keep the humidity and musty smell down.  Very pleased.
