It is the right time of the year for control burns.  Maybe we should let California in on that little secret to help prevent forest fires

Drove around the Coosa Parker Creek area this week. Roadside burns everywhere underneath the roadside trees. About a 20 foot burn for miles, I assume for fire control. Getting rid of dry undergrowth. Suspect that caused lots of smoke....
