Gonna' share mine, but, unfortunately, it is usually served up by somebody else at special places at the Gulf, not at home. You folks who know the Gulf Coast know the places I am talking about. It is a big breakfast, not before 9AM, and covers Lunch as well, and a fruit salad dinner with a Lipitor appetizer.

- Fried Eggs (yep, over easy, 2 or 3)
- Creamy Grits, real grits, with real butter, salt and pepper
- Sausage?? Link is for sure Conecuh smoked. Patty is a tough choice to me. Dean/Tenn Pride?? Not hot, but mild.
- Toast? No Way.
- Biscuits- Yep. Frozen/Mary B. Homemade even better, ugh!
- Sawmill Gravy spooned over buttered biscuit halves
- Cane Syrup too- AlaGa at a minimum or any other cane syrup that claims at least 50% cane/sorghum content (South Ala. or Miss.)preferably in a can.
This step in the meal is for when the eggs and grits are gone, but there is still sausage and biscuit left. Halve the buttered biscuit on the plate face up, pour the syrup over it. If the syrup runs to the side of the plate, you ain't got good cane syrup. You got pancake syrup. Take it back.
Turn that biscuit over, toasted side up. Cut off a chunk, plus a piece of sausage, swab both thru the syrup, and put it in yo' mouth. Take a sip of coffee.
As I said, this meal covers the entire day. Would have been normal fare for a farmer 100 years ago??

I don't like getting up early enough for breakfast.

In whatever combination floats your boat:

Grits, with butter
Potatoes and onions pan fried together
Waffles, not Belgian but the smaller square type
Eggs scrambled with onion and maybe some salsa
Biscuits with butter
Sausage, Tenn Pride Medium or thick cut bacon cooked in the oven, or country ham
Sawmill gravy, or redeye if ham is the meat choice
Local 100% honey or my homemade pear preserves
Fresh home grown, vine ripened sliced tomatoes

But like Ulyssees, this works well for lunch or supper too!

I like mild sausage crumbled and cooked down, drain off grease and crack a few eggs in and scramble together. This with catheads and the previous mentioned cane or sogumn syrup.

Peachy pancakes with strawberry butter. Mix mashed strawberries and soft butter. Form into a tube, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Slice Chilton county peaches into thin slices. Pour homemade pancake mix onto a hot griddle and then drop several peach slices onto each pancake. Now cook as you would any pancake. Serve in a stack slathered with strawberry butter and maple syrup. Sausage links go good with them but any of that other stuff you all are having for breakfast will go just fine. Enjoy!

Cup of cream (Pet Milk) and sugar with a little coffee added X's 3!! Been working for 40+ years, but all of the stuff you guys named works great for lunch or dinner...lol.

A fellow I once knew wrote this jingle:

I love Pet Milk because,
It comes in cans both large and small.
No pinching the a**,
Or sqeezing the t!t
You just punch a hole in the son of a btch.

I love creamed chip beef on toast, or a Greek omlette (well done) with rye toast. And of course, hot coffee, black. When I'm eating at home, it's Feb's cheese grits with spicy smoked sausage. Most mornings, I have a piece of whole grain toast and a small container of yogurt.
