Moving back "home" from Emerald Isle, NC. Seeking long term rental on Lake Murray...preferably on the Lexington side....(where I grew up & my parents still live...45+ yrs now). Professional couple (Executive Operations Manager & Interior Designer), verifiable income, excellent credit and references (we leave the place better than we found it), previous 8yr landlord experience (we know your concerns), recent empty nesters (2 college graduates-1 to go...woot woot!) WISH list...cottage/cabin, 3br/2ba, any flooring other than carpet (allergies), dock (we have a Tritoon), minimum 1yr lease (time to convince the husband Lake Murray is worth the 45 min. commute ??), available to move in within the next 60-90 days (have to be out of corporate housing 3/19/16).
