Just moved here 18 months ago. Can anybody explain to me why they let so much water out of Allatoona in the winter? It seems like a large waste of water resources.
It sure puts a dampener on using the ramps and some boating. Should there be a drought next spring and summer, it would make for a real lousy boating season in 2014. Thanks.
