I'm still in baseball mode but I'm starting to get fire up for some football.

Bama is only picked in the middle of the pack this year...but Bama probably has more depth now than they have had in years.

They are young on defense but offensively they return most of their starters. Can't wait for our QB to get rid of the butterflies. He looks like he'll be a good one.

Where are all of the Bama fans on thei forum????

Do you know if the game is on PPV with Direct TV? Want to catch the game while at the lake?

The game will be available in Alabama and Hawai’i through your local cable company. The game is also available through ESPN GamePlan (all states except Alabama and Hawai’i), DirecTV (Channel 797) and DISH Network (Channel 461).

You can get all this @ the following link.

Don't forget "Hey Coach" tonight

That's the way I feel unless it pertains to winning the SEC. Then I may pull for someone playing Auburn. It would be great for the Iron Bowl to determine it all. Now I hope Tennessee looses every game. I'm sure that offends...but my wife and all of her people except her brother went to Tennessee. He went to Alabama.

Hey Bamabob, My lane at the Lake has four cabins on it. Two of my neightbors are former Bear Bryant players. I do not know about the other cabin. I know who they are, and I have heard they are Bama Fans. I am wondering how well an ole T-roy and Temple graduate will be accepted. The lane used to be named Mockingbird Lane. They were able to get the name changed to Crimson Cove. I was thinking when I bought I was in Auburn territory. (LOL)

Are they playing the "Rainbows"? Isn't that the team that has a coach named "June". I sure hope they are careful in those pile-ups.....

I wouldn't think they would have any problem with you. What area are you in? That's pretty cool having the street renamed. What county? Boy that would really get my family's and some neighbor's goat if I got our road renamed to Bama Drive.

It is in Oakachoy Creek and Coosa County. I kind of liked Mockingbird Lane, but I am not about to mess with two former Bear Bryant linemen. Possibly, the same thought occured to the powers to be in Coosa County.

Didn't Bama get beat by the Rainbow Warriors when they had a quarterback named Timmy Chang?

What are the last names of the Bama players that have places close to you? We have a place close to that area, before you go through the Narrows. Nobody but my friends and family knew it but I played at Alabama in the early 80's and I just wondered if I might know those guys.
