I lost a bet to an Alabama fan when her Tide beat my Dawgs. So since she won, I have to do a Low Country Shrimp Boil this evening. She thinks it a real hard dish to make and that's okay with me. I'll tell her I worked on the meal all day to get it just right for her and her Auburn fan husband. Go Dawgs and I sure hope we get back to winning!!!!!!!

One of my favorites! It's not hard once you get the timimg down. Unfortunately I forget between cookings. What is your order and timing for adding ingredients?

With a Low Country Shrimp Boil, you can pretty much add spices that you and your guest like. For me, the shrimp/crab boil gives me everything I need. Good Luck.

Glad to see someone else that knows how to do it right! I've been to a lot of shrimp boils where the shrimp are way overcooked and tough; it seems a lot of people don't know that as soon as they turn pink and curl, they need to be dumped.....fresh shrimp cooked right are awesome, but overcooked shrimp aren't worth the time to peel.
