Anyone in Parker Creek area use the new At&t microcel? If so did you have any problems setting it up. I am having problems locating the E911 address.

That is not the probleneed to gom. It works at my home in B'ham because it finds my address, but not on the lake. I spent about an hour on the phone with AT&T yesterday. They said I would ned to get my lake address from the E911 office. Once I get that address I hope it will work as good as it does at home. I need to go outside to get a signal here at the lake.

If your house is located in Coosa County, we don't yet have E911. We went through a lot of pains with AT&T for our land line, because we didn't have a 911 address.

The E911 street addresses for Coosa County have been at least partially completed. We got a notice stuck in the door notifying us of our 911 address. Think the holdup has been funding as well as duplicate street names in Tallapoosa and Coosa.

My understanding as well. I've been told informally that it unlikely to be implemented before the end of the year.
