serious question. I have heard about all of the debris, and some of it submerged. At what point do we feel safe?

It is for us around Manoy Creek. I don't plan to head south of the Ridge anytime soon. Keep your eyes peeled and look for anything that might break the water line. Have a happy and safe summer.

I imagine Capt. Brooks will inform us when debris is removed and it is safe to resume normal lake traffic.
Sorta figured north end of the lake should be clear, but I'd still rather err on the side of caution.

Took the pontoon out Sunday with the wife and got a 2 foot piece of 2 by four caught in the drive train by the "rock." Never saw it. Had to jump in to remove it. Needless to say, the water is very cold. Think I'll just hang out on the Dock this weekend.
