Was up at Chuck's for pizza last summer and I heard that they were thinking of redoing the pizza kitchen and trying to add more seating. Does anyone know if this is happening, and if so how it is coming along? 

Also it seemed that their boat parking to resturant space was pretty well balanced.  Seems to me that adding more space to allow more guests would require some more parking. Has anyone heard of these plans and if more docking space is in the works as well?

I think they just need another pizza oven. You sit there forever waiting for a pizza. Love the place but it can be a 2 hour wait for Pizza.

Agree on the wait.  We are about 45 minutes from Chucks via toon, and when you add the return trip to a two hour wait the pizza just isn't worth it.  For those in the area two hours to enjoy a beverage and some good fellowship isn't so bad.  For us in Parker Creek who don't have a go-fast boat it becomes a once per year event, if that often.

Even swap for a 12 foot Jon boat whose physical configuration was slightly rearranged by a falling pine tree?  I will even throw in a 1950s vintage Evinrude 5.5 horse outboard.

No need for Towing.  Two engines, 1400hp total.  And we throw in Tow Boat US Policy with Jackson for good measure.
