I THINK THAT THE NEW MARINA PROPOSED ON THE TVA PROPERTY IS JUST WHAT OUR AREA NEEDS. IT WILL PROVIDE MORE BOAT STORAGE AREA. IT WILL PROVIDE AN UP TO DATE CAMPGROUND FOR TODAYS QUAILY MOTORHOMERS. IT WILL PROVIDE JOBS OF CITIZENS OF OUR AREA. IT WILL BRING MORE INCOME TO OUR COMMUNITY. IT WILL NOT PUT MORE BOATS ON THE WATER, THEY ARE THERE ALREADY, JUST NOT DOCKED OR STORED PERMANENTLY. ANOTHER RESTAURANT WOULD ALSO BE WELCOMED TO OUR AREA. EVERYONE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS TVA AREA TO ENJOY IT, SEE IT, PICNIC IN IT AND SEE WHAT THE AREA HAS TO OFFER. WHO OF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN ON THIS PROPERTY BEFORE? GO BUBBA!!!!! I'M BEHIND IT 100%.

I agree with you B.S. ----BIGGER is better. From being in the construction business in the Athens area, I've seen that with more development, money and economical growth follows.

only people fussing is the people who live on the river,,im all for a new marina, our area doesnt have much to offer, be nice to have some new choices....not everyone is rich enough to live on the river,
