you do know if you are getting a mortgage, you cannot choose your lender--must be assigned via random process by lender--per Supreme Leader

 If the mortgage industry and the realtors demanded the new process there would be no need for the 

 Supreme Leader to implement it. Should we go back to the conflicted mess that existed before?

so you dont mind an appraiser, [who knows nothing about lake values or even where lake martin is],  from Huntsville or Mobile  coming to appraise your home? thats what can and has occurred as a result of the new guidelines
