If it is the one off of HWY 147, then they have done all of the clearing.I have not been to Auburn in a couple of weeks so I am not sure.We have a friend that sells real estate in Auburn called Prestige Properties.his name is Rick Wright,334-887-5274

It is on (or turns off) Farmville road. Turn west off Hwy. 147. Very large--over 1000 lots--developed by Randall Rogers. Very early in development.
