Since tomatoes are in right now... 9" Pie Plate Rolled Pillsbury Pie crust 4 regular size tomatoes, sliced, peeled 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 cup mayonnaise 2 cups shredded 6 cheese Italian cheese 8 large fresh bay leaf, chopped Pre-bake pie shell at 400* for 10 minutes. Lay tomato slices on paper towels, salt and let drain a few minutes. Layer 1 layer of tomato in crust, cover with half onion, and half basil. Layer second half of tomato, onion and basil. Mix mayo and cheese, and spread over top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy.
