it was determined right away that they would be charged as adults, once that decision was made the names are released, regardless of age.  Straight from the play book, claim an action is wrong, then of course that wrong decision was made from pure racist motives becasue they are black, bring in the race hustlers and muddy the watters and file baseless lawsuits hoping to "get paid".
