Hello All,

I know there are plenty of public boat launches on the LM, however I have not seen anything in terms of public small boat launch for hand carried boats. I have a sunfish and you don't really launch them the same way that you launch a larger powered boat. You bring them down on a hand trailer. They take time to set up and time to launch. You also want something that isn't all rocks (sand is better) to land on since you don't land directly on the trailer.

Anyone know any public locations for small boats that isn't concrete or rocks (i.e. sand). Especially on the south side of the lake. I imagine this would be useful for kyaks and canoes as well.
