I'm not ready to jump on the conspiracy bandwagon and agree Occams Razor is the best explanation.  But man oh man, I foolishly believed the Secret Service might not be corrupted like the rest of DOJ, DHS, et al but I guess I was wrong.  I saw first hand the incompetence in EPA and NOAA and thought it could never happen to those agencies that really matter.  

As for my login problems, it is not slow.  It quickly jumps to a blank page where the login screen used to be.  I can search all the pages, see what others posted, etc.  But that one page will not work for me regardless of which browser I try.
