Heard that as they approach with helicopters or otherways they go dark/turn off lights and scurry off - violating FAA rules. Bad actors or idiots - either way they need to be removed from the air if they are not following the laws.

Going to take some good jamming equipment to put them on the ground to figure out the who/what.
