If it is not the fault of the drought, why is it that it has not been an issue till this year. As I stated above, I don't follow the events at, near, or around smith lake that closely. And yes I am familiar with Gorgos. It seem to me the site was chosen BECAUSE it had access to the nice cool water of smith lake to use for cooling.

As for the pictures, I have been there and seen them, but more importantly, don't have to. I can walk out in my yard and see the same thing here. Mother Nature is to blame, NOT APCO.
