I can appreciate some of your points even if I am not in total agreement. I must not be doing too good of a job commnunicating since you do not seem to comprehend my side of the argument. It is my responsibility as the writer to get my point across. I even tried to provide examples. Oh well~

Unless the property is posted, I do not believe you or anyone else is under any threat of prosecution for simply taking a walk or resting on various uninhabited places on the Lake.
I am not sure I put camping in the same category. I guess we can disagree on where he line should be drawn; although my view does not matter since it is not my property.

I would say the owner of the property (in this case ALPCO) does have the right to post or enforce their ownership rights. Currently they do not appear to be concerned.

This is my view on the issue, and I know from past experience on the Forum there are going to be others like yourself who have a differing view point. Opinions and view points are also not posted or illegal; therefore we are within our rights to have our own.
