If the repair is done right it should become chemically one solid contentious surface. That is the magic of fiberglass. If you could X-ray it unlike a weld, you would not be able to see any kind of discrepancy in the product done properly. It may be the repairs did not fan and feather out far enough to get proper surface strength. something like the keel at the bow takes more force than any other part of the hull. for a 4" long crack you could need to fan out about 12" away from that area and begin rebuilding the damage.
I could take a look at it for you but if it's been worked on that many times you may want to put a new hull under it. But lets look and see first.
