I am looking for a small home/cottage/duplex with small yard for rent. Not seasonal. I want to live there for a long long time.

I am 50 retired and looking to work part time and am currently in school online.

I am originally from Germany and like a clean place somewhere private and quiet.

I can pay up to 600 per month in rent.
