Are y'all getting enough rain up their to for the lake to rise any? I believe to impact lake greatly it has to get heavy rains in North GA area.

Thankgiving 1992 the lake was full.

Any rain in NE Alabama will benefit the rising of the lake. We've had it all today, local and NE. APCO had slowed the drop anyway so we should see a slight rise.

The National Weather Service said that flooding was expected on the Tallapoosa north of Lake Martin (Wedowee) on Wed night. I expect we'll see some rise as they move the water south.

Could some of you give us not living on the lake as estimate of how high the lake has risen say since Tuesday, Nov. 14? The level posted on this web is hours old by now and we will not get another measure until in the morning.

Got some stuff that is exposed and need to determine if I need to make a quick trip to the lake.

Thanks

Just talked to my neighbor, and he said these published levels are about what he is looking at on the lake.....possibly 485 by now.

Thank you for the web page. I warming up the truck for a quick trip. Never dreamed of a rise of two feet in about 24 hours.
