I asked in an earlier post if anyone had a history with Reynolds or Advanced for HVAC sales and service.  Three posts came back concerning a third, Patterson. Two were positive, one negative. 

Advanced never returned our call. Reynolds said they would come, then didn't show up. So, my wife called Patterson. Lee Patterson showed up within an hour, assessed our needs, gave us alternatives and answered our (my) myriad questions. This happened on Tuesday and a pair of very processionalgents showed up on Saturday at 7AM and installed a new AC and gas furnace for what we consider to be a fair price. 

Bottom line, so far two thumbs up from us for Patterson.  I guess the one negative experience must be the exception. Hound maybe I will stop by this summer and you can fill me in.

Okay.  I hope you are happy with them.  Sound like the others didn't leave you any choice.
