I didn't catch it because I was watching the weather.  But in recent years, Hillary has become shrill and angry, demanding people listen to her.  The only thing I saw was a picture of a bunch of people laying on the bridge.

The real crime is that these supposed “leaders” pay attention to Selma ONE day out of the year. Meanwhile the other 364 days they could care less and Selma rots. Despicable.

I think I have been branded a a "racist" by at least two of the members on the forum so I will go ahead and put my two cents worth in and then will say no more. The following is a make-up of the citizenry in Selma. The population of Selma is 19,650 people of which 98.6% are citizens. The ethnic composition of the people of Selma is composed 15,417 Black residents(78.5%), 3,527 White residents(17.9%), 238 Two+ residents(1.21%),223 Hispanic residents(1.13%), and 130 Asian residents(0.66%). Selma is the county seat of Dallas County in the Black Belt region. Everyone can draw their own conclusions!

I see that she brought her southern dialect and ebonics communication skills with her.  She is such a foul and contemptible person and a criminal too.

The reason the protesters chose Selma in the 60's was that, before the interstate, there were only two major highways East and West were Highway 80 and 82 in the South. Both crossed the Alabama River there on the Edmun Pettus bridge. It was the only crossing  for miles and miles. The left have always been masters in provoking incident and blaming others. They blocked trafic days and days until an incident occures and suprise, suprise the T V cameras were roling!

I'm surprised they have not renamed the infamous bridge, with Edmund Pettus being a Confederate general.  He was also a Democrat senator, so I guess that gives him a waiver.  With all the marches this bridge has had to endure, I'm surprised it's resonant frequency has not been reached with a resulting collapse into the Alabama River.
