I've never had to wait this long on election day to vote.  Not even in 2016.  Our area is very conservative and the lines were something to see.  And it was pouring rain when I went in.  I tried to early vote a number of times and the lines were out in the street so I kept driving.  And all this despite a four fold increase in early voting.  Gonna be an interesting day.

Heard the same thing from two people who just voted at my polling place - close to 1 hour line to cast vote @ 7am, line already into parking lot and looking like a ride at Disney World, multiple golf carts for elderly.  

In 2016 it was similar - took me 3 hours to vote when I arrived around 5pm.  Close to 2 hours of that was in the line in the parking lot, down the sidewalk, past the tennis courts etc.  

Going to vote on the way home myself since they were closed when I went by.

I voted once over 3 weeks ago absentee.  It's the Rethugleans including 2 acquaintances who take advantage of GA's very loose absentee requirements to vote illegally for a dead mother and a senile husband who was not even aware of his own existance much less who he was "voting" for!

Don't be surprised if it turns out a lot of voters in the "red" precincts are reasonable suburban men and women showing up to repudiate the man who is destroying their party.

And to think that all we hear about is that there is no voter fraud.  But here Archie has two personal friends and he has not bothered to take it to election officials.

MM, sounds like you were describing my polling place which is Eastside Baptist Church on Lower Roswell Rd......got there at 9:45 and it took 1.5 hours, with the lines getting longer as the morning unfolded........only saw 2 people take a look at the line and leave!

My polling place is St. Ann's Catholic Church on upper Roswell Road near Timber Ridge.  We used to vote at Timber Ridge Elementary but I think they are trying to get the polling places out of schools.  Looks like we got enough votes to keep Abrams out of the Governors mansion but I was surprised about Handel losing, not that I am much of a fan.  Someone better will come along in 2020 and it will switch back.

Not being an ass like you I do not turn in friends over questionable actions in an election where those votes did not change the results.  I'm sure you would have turned in a friend unless, of course, their phony votes were for a Rethuglian in which case they would get a "God bless you and thank you very much!"

I may not report someone for jaywalking, but vote fraud, murder, stealing, spouse abuse, hit and run etc - those I would report my wife and/or children if they did the crime - they can do the time.

I find it funny you would not since just those two would "not change the outcome" - but turning a blind eye to your two friends and their two friends...adds up and is still votor fraud - which we constantly are told does not exist - but you youself witnessed it and turn a blind eye.  Very telling.  Guess we see that you approve of vote fraud and overlooking crimes for your friends.

You really need to take your syphilis meds more regularly.
