Didn't read the link.  Couldn't care less.  That was 26 years ago.  Any crime you can imagine except murder has long since run out the statute of limitations and couldn't be prosecuted if it was true which I doubt.  Accusations are easy to make.  How about we take a look  at the crimes the current regime is committing. Wanna do that? Didn't think so.

   Anyone wishing to be a crook should sit at the feet of Hill and Bill. Now there are real world class crooks. They managed to keep 95% of the money donated for the Hati earth quake. Sold the Sec. of State Office. Criminally compromised government secrets. On and on......
