WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) said on Tuesday that he would introduce a new bill requiring clearer labelling of white supremacists.

The White Supremacist Labelling Act of 2015 would require white supremacists to wear 4-inch-by-6-inch name tags clearly designating them as members of an official hate group.

“Right now, it’s impossible to tell the difference between neo-Nazis and collectors of WWII memorabilia,” Scalise said.

The Louisiana congressman said that proper labelling for white supremacists should make it easier for lawmakers to know what kind of organizations they are addressing in the future.

Like the other satire, it did not happen and therefore this is only funny to the 20% that are true left wing nuts.  Scaling gave a talk to a civics organization earlier in the same day as some other group at the same facility. This whole media induced brouhaha is based on a lie and this satire isn't even funny because all humor relies on an element of truth. In this case none exists.

Are you suggesting that he and Dukes are just good buddies or that the GOP is denying something that never happened? Being a right winger requires being truthful since they are the only ones with high ethics and morals.

Those are the facts, no matter how inconvenient to the latest left wing lie about a Republican.  He did not give a speech to some white supremacist group over 12 years ago. He spoke at the same facility earlier on the same day that this group was meeting.  The guy responsible for booking the facility has even offered to take a polygraph.  

I know honesty is not a big part of your personna but when you are caught in promulgating a lie you should at least have the decency to acknowledge having been misled. That is why I think you and Archibald may be one in the same.

This guy is a leader of your party. At least the left only apologizes when they are guilty. Your guys just say I am sorry for anything they are accused of. Look at the facts.  He was asked about an event on a certain day and location and admitted he was there. No apology was necessary except by the left wing media that asked him about an event twelve years ago in a drive by media shooting.  Really GF.....use critical thought and not just spout the stupid party line. I know it's a subtle point that is lost on someone that is so intellectually stunepted that they actually believe in big government progressivism.
