I was worried there for awhile that we would not get this thing figured out. But I hear now that there will be a Bi-partisan, Bi-chamber committee to take care of the debt, deficit and unfunded liability. I feel better now!

Most liberals are Bi anyway so they won't need any conservatives to have Bi committies. That is a valid statement isn't it GFY?

The very same people that got us into this mess are now supposedly get us extracted. That is the definition of insanity and the only people that will come out of the process in good shape are the politicians, their staff, unions and big business. Small business and the average American will be bending over once again......having said that, they voted for it and they will get it... Will they wake up in 2014 and 2016? Giving the sorry state of our education system, the influence of the govt media and popular culture (Hollyweird, music, etc.) and the already massive dependence on govt for something or another I have my serious doubts.

"The Tea Party’s favorability rating has fallen across most groups since June, but the decline has been particularly dramatic among moderate and liberal Republicans. In the current survey, just 27% of moderate and liberal Republicans have a favorable impression of the Tea Party, down from 46% in June. " In New Jersey, home of Gov Christie, the Tea Party lost the special election for the US Senate yesterday. |

Sigh........well gee GF, tell us something we didn't already know. True conservatives are not liked by RINOs. Wow!!! Thanks for that shocking piece of news. Here's a better question that they won't ask. Would you vote for a Democrat if the GOP candidate is also liked by the so called Tea Party? Answer. No way.
Watch some of the establishment GOP members get primaried.

Every Tea Party event I have been to is not composed with wild eyed radicals as they are portrayed. They are some of the most educated, patriotic, concerned citizens I have ever seen. They are truly fearful of the direction our country is being lead. In fact after the party even the grounds have only foot prints unlike the "Occupy Wall Street" rabble that leave it like a pig sty. An interesting comment on the caliber of people in each. Some say we should start a new party but this would only help our enemies. Long ago I heard a snippet from the Dems saying they were going to infiltrate the GOP and screw them up. Seems like they are well underway. So why don't we just throw out the RINOS and become Republicans again. The people perish from the lack of a strong leader.
