BP finally has tight cap on the leaking pipe..and the govenment steps in and halts everything.
Says if they close the valve it might cause a worse leak somewhere else. Shouldnt they have talked this
over before?

They are now proceeding .... but this administration has no brains ... it is all a political game to them. They delayed it to be sure if it failed they knew how it spin it to deflect off themselves. If it is successful, which I hope it is, look for Obama to come out and take all the credit. What a piece of .....
