The current limit is 30 feet 6 inches.  House Bill 208 would set the maximum at that of a Class 3 vessel as described in 33-5-17.  33-5-17 defines Class 3 as 26 feet or over and less than 40 feet.

THE LAST THING WE NEED ON THIS LAKE IS LARGER, FASTER BOATS
