   We have some 4000 Honduran people marching towards the U S border. Any one know who organized them? Who is feeding them?  Who provides lodging and facilities? Who is financing this invasion? And the bigest question, why is he doing this?

Bring enough of these into the U S and they will bring all of their problems with them. Venezuela anyone?

I believe the point is you have to feel your life is in danger.  The other person is not required to be armed.  I owuld not cap them from the house because it is harder for you to claim that your life was in danger because he was actually 30 yards away and you shot him from the upstairs window while he was stealing your car stereo out by the mailbox.

Now if you happened to walk up on him while you were taking the dog out for his late evening leg hike and happened upon someone in your car / garage and you "feared for your life" then you do what you have to do.
