You know, when I heard about the Colorado shootings I wish that a concealed carry person had have been there to protect those poor folks from the cretin who killed and maimed so many.
Just the other day I saw a surveillance video of a 71 year old man who foiled an attempted armed robbery when the robbers failed to take into account that a law abiding citizen just might start shooting at THEM. They ran like sissies.

while horrific and sad ... gun control only keeps weapons out of the hands of law abiding individuals.
you can not implement enough regulation that would prevent sick people from doing stupid things. If you could we would regulate terrorist attacks, or arsonists or poison.

Gee, I hope i never get stopped for speeding and they search my house for guns. I too have an arsenal and the only person or persons that should fear that is the perp that breaks into my house. When I rack my tactical shotgun it makes such an ominous noise that I suspect wetting his pants will be the last thing he remembers.
As for this guy, it sounds to me like he is looking for attention and help. Give it an ounce of rational thought. Why, if you were stopped for speeding would you start telling the police all these things? Not that I have much experience but I don't seem to recall the Sandy Springs officer that stopped me for speeding if I was in a hurry to commit some heinous crimes. Of course my answer would have been no, I am hurrying to get my daughter to school because her older brother left her home when he drove in that morning......another story for another day.
And one thing I can assure you GF, this arsenal is nothing compared to what the ATF gave the Mexican drug runners in Fast and Furious, the most ill conceived government program of all time and one that will eventually lead to the resignation of Eric Holder (probably the worst AG of all time).

If the FAL is select fire and he does not have a tax stamp - that is a major foul - the rest of his "arsenal" appears to be a 10/22, an AK varient, two AR pattern rifles, a shotgun and six handguns. These were taken from his car AND home, so, other than the FAL, what is the problem? The issue SHOULD be that this guy is not a stable person, but the Gun Dog and Pony Show is more interesting, and more politically motivated. If he had run his car into a stalled school bus at 112 MPH, what could the body count be?
