Trump trumps the Messiah..is it real?

After two and a half years and millions of dollars of legal fees the Messiah releases what is allegedly his long form birth certificate. First we bow to 2-bit dictators and now he bows to a reality TV guy......
Two theories as to why now: 1) polling data shows more likely voters think he was born outside the U.S.; 2) he is trying to stoke Trump's ego and popularity with GOP primary voters because they want to face him in the general election. Either has merit with me but I tend to the first. I am not sure anything could pump up Trump's ego and this is not going to help him win the nomination.
But now the detractors have something more to seize on.....the pdf is apparently composed of layers. The fun is just beginning!

Whether or not he runs for president, The Donald is doing his country a great service. The only way these issues will get resolved is by letting in some sunshine… a condition abhorred by Democrats.

But the fun is just beginning as they put the pdf through the ringer looking for evidence of forgery. Already identified layers on the pdf which is causing some to question whether it is a forgery. Now that would be too stinking funny if it were a fake. They should have gone to the kinko's used by Bill Burkett to send it just for the sake of nostalgia.

The textured frame around the document matches the texture of the document. That, by itself looks contrived. If you simply place the document on a scanner, then you don’t get a frame other than the darkness surrounding the document.
I’m thinking that this representation is going to blow up in their face.

Other records the Donald needs to demand

C'mon Donald, more work to be done!!!
1. During the presidential campaign, Obama released just one brief document detailing his personal health, while GOP opponent John McCain released what he said was his complete medical file totaling more than 1,500 pages. The Obama campaign eventually released some routine lab-test results and electrocardiograms for Obama.
2. Obama refused to offer his official papers as a state legislator in Illinois and did not produce correspondence, such as letters from lobbyists and other information, from his days in the Illinois State Senate.
3. Obama did not release his client list as an attorney or his billing records.
4.Obama declined to release his college records from Occidental College, where he studied for two years before transferring to Columbia University.
5. Obama’s campaign refused to give Columbia University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science, permission to release his transcripts. Such transcripts would list the courses Obama took, and his grades.
6. Obama’s college dissertation, reportedly titled “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament,” has disappeared from Columbia’s archives.
7. Obama did not agree to the release of his application to the Illinois state bar, which would clear up intermittent allegations that his application to the bar may have been inaccurate.
8. Obama has not released records from his time at Harvard Law School.
Ironically, during his campaign for president, Obama promised he would make his White House “the most open and transparent administration in history.”

Sunshine is where you open the original, and allow independent experts to authenticate it. A pdf, jpg, or bmp doesn’t count. (Recall the fake DD214 I manufactured for MM.)

“I noticed the possible "layers" in this document almost immediately. When I had the .pdf file of the BC (birth certificate) open in my browser then used Command + Tab (on an Apple computer), to switch to another app, I noticed that the majority of the text disappeared. I recreated the effect numerous times. As others have suggested, when you open the BC in Acrobat (full version) and strip out the "Metadata" and "Deleted or cropped content" this SAME EXACT TEXT disappears leaving only a few bits of type, date stamps and all or part of three signatures: his mother, the attendant and the local registrar. Also, some of the digits used in the Aug. 8, 1961 date stamp disappear. The full background and the April 25, 2011 stamp remain. I am making no "birther" claims, but CLEARLY this document has been altered. If it had been photographed or scanned, the pixels containing all the information (the document background, the type, the signatures, date stamps and the check marks) would be part of ONE pixelated image. As someone who uses Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite daily, it is my belief that had the BC been scanned or photographed, the layering would not happen. Again, I am making NO "birther" claims or conclusions. But I believe this document has been altered.”

...crazy… visiting the Tree of Liberty… wondering if she doesn’t look a bit wilted. Scary thought! History will either validate me or lump me with Rasputin and Ross Perot.

Archie: You will have to read all the threads but my tongue is firmly planted in my cheek. I am enjoying the carnival atmosphere the Donald is creating but merely for entertainment purposes. I am much more concerned about finding a GOP candidate that will send the Messiah onto the Hate America World Tour in January 2013. The jury is still out on that one although it looks like Romney and Pawlenty have the inside track right now. But its still early.......

One of the worst things that could happen for our nation is for the GOP to play the Trump card.

The GOP currently hasn't got enough sane people in its base to have the sense to nominate anyone as reasonable as Romney or Pawlenty. Gosh, MM please don't tell me that a mustard seed of "moderation" (relative of course) has creeped into your political thinking.

Archie: As I stated in the past I voted for Romney in the primary the last time around. I am not an ideological purist and have said on any number of occasions that the adult takes the lesser of two evils. That is why I voted for McCain in the general election. I believed then and am 150% convinced now that he would be infinitely better than the Messiah.
I need to learn more about Pawlenty but he seems to me a viable candidate and while he may not be perfect (i.e., agree with all my beliefs) he may in fact be the one that can beat Obama. Or maybe that is Romney. Or maybe someone else that gets in.
Trump can't get the nomination and can't beat Obama. Barbour in my opinion could get the nomination but I don't think would beat Obama. Huckabee the same. Bachman has no hope of either. Ron Paul is a Losertarian and is hopeless as well. Gingrich has too much baggage and is too wonkish. He would absolutely destroy Obama in a debate from a purely technical standpoint but would lose the opinion polls about who won or lost. Some dark horses like Mitch Daniels, Chris Christie or Paul Ryan are interesting but not worth the brain damage until they get serious.
Archie, I have very strong socially and fiscally conservative beliefs but I am way too intelligent to cut off my nose to spite my face. For the sake of this country we must get rid of Obama. I am for the GOP candidate that can do that even if they are not perfect. I am looking for progress, not perfection.
By the way, did you see the revised GDP and jobless claims? It appears we may be headed toward a double dip with inflation. Jimmy Carter's second term is well under way. The question is whether the American people will recognize it and whether the GOP offers up a viable alternative. Hope this explanation helps.

Trump is not a Tea Party favorite

he is a media driven short term distraction. He is not conservative and his calls for dealing with China and his other pet issues are not what is important to the Tea Party. This movement is driven by a desire to get our fiscal house in order and return to a federalist form of government consistent with what the Founders intended. Trump is no constitutionalist and they know it.
Nature abhors a vacuum and Trump is filling it and the government media is in a feeding frenzy.
