If you had just poured yourself a tall glass of cool wine and sit it on the counter, turned around to get something from fridge, turn back to get your wine and a fly was swimming in it.What would you do,pour it out,or fish it out and drink it?
Hard decision,but i know what i did.What say you?

Depends on whether it's the first glass or the last from the bottle you opened earlier.

Or if it's for someone else who can't see into the kichen. :-)

As my daddy used to say, the fly won't drink much. Just fish em out and continue drinking.

That is what i did,but i still thought about the fly at every sip.
After the second tall glass i didn`t care if a rat had been in it.

Just think of what that fly may have been sitting on in your backyard before he went for a swim in your glass.

Was it a glass of high alcohol robust red or some pee pee German white? If it was the former I'd fish out the fly, wait a few minutes for the alcohol to do its job then enjoy. I don't know if this is good advice but I equate it with the old theory that a lot of tobasco on raw oysters makes them safer to eat.

I can't afford many Bordeaux or barolos either, but I would chance it even with a merlot.
