Always Trumper Sondland has revised his testimony (ie: he's decided to tell the truth).  He now "remembers" telling an aide to Ukraine's President that there was a cost to him to get the military assistance he needed...Latin translation..."quid pro quo"!

Yep, he amended his testimony to the following:  “by the beginning of September 2019, and in the absence of any credible explanation for the suspension of aid, I presumed that the aid suspension had become linked to the proposed anti-corruption statement.”  More opinions at odds with the fact that he texted Taylor at about the same time telling him explicitely that per Trump there was no quid pro quo.  And recall, this is all about the July phone call...two months before all this happened.  And of course we know what Zelensky said...no quid pro quo.  More selective releases and if this is all they have then it is going to be another yuge disappointment.  And as I have stated repeatedly, if this is all about what happened in 2016, then not only was a quid pro quo not an issue, it was absolutely warrented and a normal aspect of foreign relations.  And if Rudy tried to tie it to Burisma, then it was politically stupid but not an impeachable offense.  So let's see everything, all the transcripts, all the Q&A.....why only this?  I can tell you, because all the others that have not been released point to nothing amiss.  It's a new shiny button for you TDS sufferers.

Please Archie, keep us posted on all the other selective releases......we appreciate it very much.

A quote from a prestigious Fordham University law professor on your information is something of value stupidity.  There are many others with a similar actual understanding of the statute and the case law surrounding it.

"Moreover, I cannot find any case that comes close to applying the campaign finance “thing of value” wording to information or opposition research from a foreign national. And there seems to be good reason for courts to avoid going so far."

Yes Archie, by all means, you Dems lay your groundwork for a Nov 20 slaughter by hanging your hat on speculation from Sondland.  I am not an attorney, but I would ask Sondland under cross examination which statement was a lie, the first or second?  Was that remotely asked of Sondland in cross examination.  Oh yeah, I forgot.....Flynn is facing jail time for a lessor incident.  And where exactly is the crime if the US is demanding that Ukraine hold up to their end of the Treaty in exchange for aid?.  Where in Sondland's speculation did he say that the US policy was to withold aid until Hunter Biden is investigated?

I reject those few "factual" answers that you provide based not on any particular bias, but because they frequently are nothing more than poorly researched talking points that any individual can copy and paste from CNN, Politico, MSNBC, etc.
