Schumer is, without any doubt, the biggest, most ridiculous dimokrap idiot in Washington SWAMP.  He makes his stupid little proclamations standing at a podium in a vacant room, except for the same woman sitting next to the podium.  The stupidity that comes out of his mouth is unbelievable.  ARCH-IDIOT, you need to email your hero and clue him in to how stupid he looks.  He was on TV today slamming Trump, with some prerecorded krap, before Trump could even get out of the the briefing room in Helsinki.  This idiot is the best the dimokraps have????

And yet Archie, when one his first actions was bombing the Russians in Syria (not once but twice btw), you criticized him.  When he torched the Iran (major Russian ally) deal, you criticized him.  When he called out Germany (NATO) for buying gas from Russia, you criticized him.  Tell me how the hell Trump yesterday was any different than Reagan in 1988 when he said that Russia is no longer an evil empire? What is so ironic for you guys is that you now want another Cold War with "evil" Russia, yet Russia is your last, best HOPE for ridding yourself of this President whom patriot Americans (not Russian collusion) placed into office because we could not stand the stench of your candidate.  It is so very funny watching libs and RINOS (including Newt) and Fake News writhe in agony when all their best laid plans blow up in their faces.  The internet has changed everything, they don't have the power of persuasion that they once had and it is driving you all crazy.

While I agree that Schumer is a complete imbecile I wasn't very happy with the presser.  Putin bamboozled Bush and Obama and if the private meeting went like the press conference then he may have fooled Trump as well.  I am hoping that Trump took Putin to task for Syria, Crimea, the stupid election shenanigans, etc.  If not, it was a missed opportunity to differentiate himself from his last two predecessors.  While there has been zero evidence that there was collusion, there is evidence aplenty that Russia was up to their usual foul play in 2016.  We do it, they do it, all governments do it......but when you get caught there ought to be ramificantions.  I think Trump is so fixated on this phony collusion thing that he is unwilling in public to take a strong stance against the obvious.

On a side note, the joke in DC is that the most dangerous place to be inside the beltwai is between Chuckie Schumer and a camera.  He and the others on the left are missing a golden opportunity to legitimately criticize Trump for the presser by acting like lunatics.  Expect a lot of damage control by Bolton and others for the next couple of weeks.  They need it.

If you are trying to improve relations, why would you stand next to the man in front of the whole world and call him an SOB, MF, and all the other words the dimokraps wouldn't say when they were in charge.  You do that in private.  The goal is to change, not embarrass.  Media is PO’d because they want a war to blame on Trump.

I would have criticized the actions you mention but did not specifically address those issues in a post.  Now, rather than dwelling on my negative comments, let's hear your full throated defense of what he belched yeaterday! Let's see you offer up praise once again for Dear Leader! 

Will you even continue to kow tow to Dear Leader if Russian troops march into the Baltics while Trump sits on his fat fanny and praises Putin for being a ''strong leader''?

Wix, I don't disagree with you but Trump could have been more affirmative about what they talked about in private.  Saying he expressed our concerns about Syria and Crimea and the election shenanigans is far different than calling Putin an SOB.  Again, my hope is he was more direct with Putin their private meeting.  However, there is a way to address the issues in a press conference and also improve relations.  The fact remains that the only way to have better relations with Russia is for them to change their behavior and the presser was a missed opportunity for him to publicly say that there are conditions for that improvement in relations.  I am all for engagement with the Russians but we have to do so with the full recognition of who and what Putin is.  I hope and believe that Trump does, but the presser didn't seem to show that and it was not his best day.  We all have them and he needs to do some damage control.

Don't take this criticism as an endorsement of the derangement of the Democrats or the NeverTrumpers.  They have zero credibility with me.  But there is room for legitimate criticism of a missed opportunity and the concern about how seriously Trump takes the threat.  And I am also mindful that Trump has been much harder on Russia than was Obama/Clinton and W, all of whom were derelict in their duty.  I am also mindful of the reset button, the side comment about flexibility by Obama and W's looking into his eyes thing and their utter fecklessness with regard to Russia with the apparent support and applauding of those now going ballistic with Trump.  They likewise have zero credibility with me.  But at the end of the day, I wish Trump hadn't stated he believed Putin over our intelligence agencies.  Putin is a pathological and breathtakingly congenital liar and is a brutal dictator willing to assassinate his political opponents.  He does not deserve our trust.

Well Guess Archie is not going to take up my offer to put up or shut up,  that did not take long to find out the results of that.

Asked if the Russian translation was correct, Lavrov replied: “You got it wrong,” explaining that peregruzka means overcharged.

Sad part is that apparently the translators got it right,  according to Vlad at the presser -  $400 million of Russian money was funneled into the Clinton Crime Corp. before the election.
