So what about a Libertarian for President?

I have to say its getting a bit strange that no one on the Forum has come forward to push the Libertarian candidate this time around. Seems like a viable option for some of the people who don't like Clinton or Trump. Why is that?

I am of course not speaking for anyone other than my self, but I honestly believe there are a few people who Do not agree with or support Donald Trump but are so filled with hate for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton that they are willing to gamble their and their children's future just to keep Clinton out of the White House. they frankly are a lot closer to the Libertarians in their beliefs than to Trump, but they correctly realize that a vote for Johnson / Weld would aid Hillary so vote against their principals just to injure her. Well, to be honest, I also likely am more attuned to the Libertarians, especially Weld, than Hillary but I also realize my vote for them would boost Trump...I love America too much to do that!!

So you are no different than those you have been so critical of for supporting Trump.

You are correct. I do not claim otherwise. I am not a true libertarian but definitely lean that way on many issues...espicially social issues. I will vote for Hillary for 2 reasons, she is, in my opinion, the far less dangerous of 2 dangerous choices and she leans closer to my libertarian social and personal freedom issues side which I feel is ultimately more critical than my libertarian fiscal issues side. I do not appreciate the government getting too deep in my wallet but I fear them getting into my bedroom, especially if their interferance is based on a religious opinion. Religion should never be the basis for a public decision in this nation.

BUT, muslim religion based government is just fine for all of Hilda's donating muslim countries....is that right? You know they didn't give H-B all those millions without requiring a return.....you are voting to put another muslim puppet in the WH.....
