is a hit with the family, young and old!
As Don said, the kids think it's great for relaxing after wakeboard runs and it's easy on the body for us older folks. Almost anyone can do this with a rope; about half of my gang can toss the rope ride the wave after only a few days practice. Even for those of us who still hold on, there is almost no pressure once you are up. I'm still holding on with 2 fingers for security, but I believe i'll find the grove within the next day or two. Falls don't hurt either. This purchase was an A+ addition for our family.

Yes, after you've pestered everybody all day wakeboarding with their boats and docks bouncing up down, now you're going to travel at the speed that causes the most damage with wakes and finish the job off. If you did your weekends beside me I think there would be trouble.

it was in an undeveloped area or slough.....

in the middle of the lake....which is plenty wide where we are located. I agree that this is not a sport for tight areas.

Actually, we do most of our water sports on weekdays. As many people have posted, it's often unsafe out there on weekends, or there are far larger wakes/waves than we make. We don't "pester" anyone, but there are still those that don’t like to see anyone have a good time on the water. You may or may not be one of them, but please don't stereotype.
