OK...I realize asking for a septic tank service that wears a tuxedo is like asking Russell marinas to sell fishing supplies, but I need opinions on a company that will help me solve a problem with minimal destruction and cost. A pooper-scooper with a synapse or two firing.

Yep, I used Leon Archer also. When I bought our cabin we would have a slight smell of sewer gas when it rained real hard. Prior owner said they had people look at it but never could figure it out. He fixed it and we have not smelled anything since. Wasn't expensive either.
