The American Thinker lied and the Forum fell for it. Martini and his puppets need to realize their sources of the Thinker and Alex Jones make them look like fools.

Goofy, you have zero credibility asking others to apologize when you refuse to do so for four years and counting of lies about Russian collusion. 

I would also remind you that there are literally dozens of people and outlets that printed the information about Dominion that have not retracted it nor have they apologized.  Some may have the courage and resources to fight it out in court, which is probably why Dominion hasn't gone after them.  They do not want discovery to happen because when a defendent gets the power of the subpoena it's all bets off.

They sent the same letter to Mike Lindel and he told them see you in court.  That was on 23 Dec. last. He also stated he knows they wont because he already has the evidence.  As close as he is to GOD EMPOROR PUTUS TRUMP I doubt he would even need discovery.  American Thinker caved because they are a smaller company without resources to fight a company that has unlimited resources of leftist billionaires.  They also had to take down their comments section due to threats of being deplatformed by their internet provider.  I still read it everyday with no plans to let up.

I can assure you if they foolishly file a lawsuit his lawyers are going to provide them with a discovery demand that would knock their socks off and they know it.  That is the last thing they want because the defendent will have access to everything.  All they were doing is trolling for one company to waive the white flag because they couldn't afford to litigate and that would make the news and morons like Goofy would think it was an indication of something other than a compromise to avoid litigation. 

So we hear a lot about AT's response and nothing about all the others saying, "bring it on."  When you are low information and suffer from TDS you can be easily fooled.......Goofy is the poster child.
