Yes we all know the problems with this bill and we understand the long-term implications but now is not the time to allow the desire for the perfect to overshadow the current need. He is a buffoon for not seeing what happened to Pelosi and Schumer for their ill-advised delay tactics.

Of course I also suspect there are 3 or 4 dozen GOP reps including a few her in GA that would like to do the same thing but just don't have guts to do it under current conditions.

AOC threw a temper tantrum on the floor of the House. She was waving her arms and stamping her feet, calling it a corporate buyout and "crumbs" for the people. But she voted for it.

Goofy, if you are that ill informed I am not going to help you. Do your own research starting with the work over the weekend followed by the no votes on Sunday and Monday followed by Nan's pathetic DOA bill on Tuesday followed by the successful votes for essentially the same bill yesterday and today. Do try to keep up Goofy.

I did hear Massie's explanation for what he did on a radio show today and while I now get his point I still think it was utterly tone deaf because everyone knew it would pass. Here's a brain teaser for you. Tell us how your rep voted. I'll save you the trouble, you can't. That was his point apparently that it was going to be passed without a quorum and without even a vote so no one will know how their Rep voted. Apparently that was what he objected to. He also objected to Trump calling him a 3rd rate Rep, he said he was at least a 2nd rate one. At least he's keeping his sense of humor in the face of substantial backlash from pretty much every quarter.
Oh, and nobody should care what AOC thinks....she is a 4th rate Rep and a 7th rate socialist.

I'm tired of Congressional members who worry more about procedure and reporting and less about getting the job done.

You make no sense.
The bill was drafted by the Republicans with no Democratic input. After they drafted it, the negotiations started which delayed the bill. If the bill had been negotiated from the beginning with Democrat input, the timeline would probably been the same but then you would have had no one to blame.
When the truth gets in the way, you like to play silly games.

I guess he took the position one would expect Rand Paul to take. Let's hope none of those who traveled come down with the virus.
