About the Dominion, Election Systems & Software and Hart InterCivic.  And I quote their letter below:

"We are particularly concerned," they continued, quoting several news reports, "that secretive and 'trouble-plagued companies,' owned by private equity firms and responsible for manufacturing and maintaining voting machines and other election administration equipment, 'have long skimped on security in favor of convenience,' leaving voting systems across the country 'prone to security problems.' "

Prone to security problems....hmmmmm........  Wonder what that means (note:  that is called a rhetorical question...we all know what that means).  And of course what they don't mention is that over 90% of political donations made by Dominion management and employees went to Democrats.

In my "day job" I do cyber security consulting work for a DoD agency.  Both the NSA and DoD have agencies that can examine system architectures and software for just the vulnerabilitiesand/or back doors the senators are concerned about.  I can assure you if a DoD entity does the evaluation the chances for partisan influence are greatly diminished.

First of all, I am not a left wing nut.  Second, there is a day coming when the election will be certified.  You can resist all you want, but the day is coming when this current state of affairs will be over and Trump will be leaving the WH.  Understand he may look for another TV gig - there's been talk of him taking over for Rush Limbaugh on radio, or have his commentary on TV.  I understand he wants to stay in charge of the Repubican Party  and perhaps run again in 2024.  I'm sorry he lost, because I am not on the same page with Biden or Obama or Harris on a lot of issues that I care about.  I don't believe in fraud of any significant magniture; I don't put much stock in conspiracy theories.  I believe that Trump did himself in - yes, he did a lot of things right with COVID, but he failed to soothe and reassure the public that he knew they were worried and grieving.  Half the time he denied the virus.  He tweeted stuff he shoud have kept to himself, he flaunted things he did that were wrong.  A little humbleness goes a long way sometimes.  He woke up the Europeans and that was a good thing - but sometimes there is an art in telling people to go to hell and make them look forward to the truth.  He violated social norms and he flaunted that too.  

I am not saying that Biden is better or worse than Trump, but the politician in him seems to understand how to put forth a public face that Trump never had.  Don't forget that I remember Trump well before his political days, and he fought with everyone and then tried to sue them.  He got a little too attached to "you're fired".  IMHO, Trump lost the election because of his own actions.  I guess he had bad advisors or he just didn't take their advice.

Weagle...I assume your post is from 1980 and had to do with the freeing of the hostages by Iran just after Reagan was elected. The Republicans were afraid that Carter would make a deal to free the hostages just before the election and hurt Reagan's campaign. There was a feeling that Bush had met with an Iranian in Europe during the election time to try and have them hold the hostages until after the election. The hostages were released  minutes after Reagan took office. Coincidence? The Isrealis sent alot of arms to Iran right after to help them fight the war wih Iraq. Coincidence? The Iran Contra affair? While I unerstand your concern, I do think there was reason to investigate.

And, I understand your reason for wanting to investigate the election and have no problem. I just think going around yellling that the election was stolen is wrong.  So far, nothing that has been presented has proved a stolen election. There are alot of conspiracies and the Right will never accept the election no matter what is disapproved. Contesting the election through the court is fine.

I posted a form to report fraud and don't want a stolen election anymore than you or the Right want one.

Go to court and prove it...... if fraud is proven...then yell stolen election and turn it around.

The DEMs in 1980 did not scream GUILTY like his followers have shouted STOLEN. Wait until the courts rule.

Right, I agree that when you lose fair and square you congratulate your opponent and move on.  But that is clearly not the case here and there are far too many questions that need to be answered before we can accept the election results.  The left wants us to let them get away with it and we are simply are unwilling to bow to their threats and violence.  Nothing about this election makes sense.  Trump lost the election in four Democrat controlled cities with unusually high turnout levels combined with a multitude of Biden only votes and weird middle of the night halting of counts followed by big dumps of Biden only votes.  And when you look at the down ballot results it makes even less sense.  

As I stated previously, I would be shocked if we can in such a short time come up with proof that will change the outcome.  So this is about the next election more than this one.  But to your original post, you have no business telling anyone what they can and cannot post.  If you want to roll over and accept defeat without a fight that is certainly your perogative  As for me, I am more concerned with saving the Republic from voter fraud.
