In the Alex City Outlook - 3 foot higher winter pool conditional fall late draw down FERC still needs to approve Nice! A good compromise, I think.

Glad that is now in the proposal. 3' is a good number. Would really like to see the actual rule proposal. If all we do is hold 3 extra feet of water thru the winter, and don't have a sooner full by date, not sure that means much. Thinking back to the last extreme drought, we reached a high of 486.5, and by July were already below 480. Had we reached and held 489 and had 483 by July we'd not have lost so much of our tourism and second home owner business. However it actually works, just glad I am not the one who has to figure out what to do and when.
