I have to have 24 chickens smoked and ready to serve for my wife's sorority's graduation dinner tomorrow at 5. ANy special rubs or seasonings you would be willing to share?

Got 24 Chickens smoked, but the old Masterbuilt died right at the end of the first 8. Fortunately I have a spare or two so that was no problem. When I went to deliver them on Sunday, the juice spilled out of the pan and onto the leather heated and cooled seats in my F150. Any suggestions on making sure I get it all out?
