I counted only 3 2 BR units. Bet they were the 250k's. Rest of the units being 3 BR. Buyers and sellers must be happy.

Hmmm, so for 400K you get a condo, plus monthly condo fees, plus monthly marina storage fees since you have no boat slip, plus you get to deal with the condo homeowners association and the unknown factor of future assessments. Seems to me like I saw some new houses on leased APCO lots in the past year for about the same price.

Are the boat slips already installed?

If so, were they not approved by APCo originally?

If preapproved by APCo, anyone know why now APCo says they cannot be sold?

This is rather interesting, if preapproved now APCo say no to the sale of boat slips.

I have always maintained APCO leased property is the second best way to have Lake Martin property. Plus with it, you do not reside in an apartment environment which I compare to a Condo lifestyle.

Anyone heard anything about what has happended to the annual APCO auction for leases? Is it a temporary halt or a longer term decision by APCO not to lease new lots.

Condo's are no more than glorified Apartments. Why would you spend that money on a condo and not put it towards a house. Here is an interesting article about the housing prices around Lake Martin, it was in today's Montgomery Advertiser.
