Rumor going around that her absence from the public scene the last few months was so she could have a face lift.  If true, this is going to be fun listening to them claim she looks ten years younger because of all the "rest" she got.  Sort of like every time someone enters the Betty Ford Clinic for "exhaustion" or when someone in the midst of some scandal resigning to "spend more time with their family".  I really hope this one is true because I will be laughing my a$$ off at that phony, lying bag of monkey excrement trying to pull that one off.  That will be worth the price of admission.  Hope Kerry jumps in so we can have a debate about the merits of botox versus plastic surgery.  Got my fingers crossed that she did it........

GF, I understand your position in this debate.  Because you are attacking me personally, you have nothing of substance to contribute to the thread.

I posed my questions based on the histories of those countries listed. They all suffered a super degradation of their cultures and economies which resulted in rioting and looting. The direction of our nation under the current administration… and possible mis-governance under Billary for an additional eight years… places us on track to repeat the misfortunes of those countries. This allegory is well expressed in the fable “The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goose_That_Laid_the_Golden_Eggs . And the (unattributed) truism, “The larger the common bowl, the fewer there will be to fill it."

Are you hedging against hyper-inflation, currency devaluation or more economic turmoil?  I have looked at gold but don't quite trust its valuation and have been reluctant to put much there.  Just curious....
