So apparently they have had record user growth at Twitter, mass layoffs, woke corporate advertisers suspending accounts, fact checking of Dem lies, suspension of phony accounts, news that Twitter employees had a side hustle selling blue checks for up to $15K each, charging a monthly fee to be a blue check, and so on.  While I still can't figure out what Musk was thinking plopping down $44B for the company but he is making things interesting.  He is nothing if not a disrupter.  I have started calling him the Honey Badger of business.  Honey Badger don't give a sh!t!

And some of his tweets have been hilarious, especially with AOC.  My new line will now be, "That'll be $8."  He simply does not give a crap what leftists say or think.  And heads exploded when he tweeted people should vote Republican to have divided government to dampen the excesses of both parties.  Funny what leftists think is free speech and what is not.  Pretty much boils down to free speech is anything they like and anything they do not like is not free speech applicable.

Free speech is the right to say what you want, not whether someone else agrees with it.  As for me, I could care less who posts what on social media, this forum or anywhere else and I have never suggested otherwise.  Unlike leftists who deplatform and censor speech they do not like.  Skeptical about vaccines...account suspended for "disinformation".  Skeptical about the 2020 election....account suspended for "disnformation".  Think that men cannot be women and women cannot be men.....account suspended for "hate speech". 

I have never and will never suggest that someone's right to say something objectionable should be abridged because I don't agree...unlike leftists who do it all the time.  As a point in fact, I enjoy when a leftist says something objectionable or stupid so their idiocy is on parade and I can skewer them.  But attacks on free speech isn't about whether you agree with what someone says, it's about trying to prevent them from being able to say it because you don't like it.  That is something the left does all the time which is exactly my point.  Me?  Never.

Is Archie unable to speak / type anymore (well other then the fact that he rarely posts anymore which I am sure is not because of MM's ignore).   Is MM's ignore a site wide ban that causes everyone else to not see his posts?

Goofy, please don't tell me you equate my lack of desire to read Archie's nonsense with limiting his free speech!!!!!  Please tell me you are not that ignorant.  But on the off chance you are that ill informed and unable to think I will explain it to you in very simple terms using an analogy.  The Atlanta Urinal and Constipation continues to puke out left wing drivel.  I do not buy their paper nor do I visit their website.  They have their free speech......but I don't have to consume it.  The same with Archie.

Now if I owned the forum and booted Archie cause he is leftist moron I am free to do so because it's my forum.....but it does inhibit his speech, at least on here.  But if the gov't contacted me and asked me to boot Archie cause they don't want his silliness to make them look bad that would in my view violate his free speech rights.  When there is a coordinated effort to silence the views of others, be it by woke corporations or the govt, that is a problem.  But me not wanting to read Archie's nonsense has absolutely zero impact on his free speech rights......zero.  This is why I said your govt school has failed you.....you don't even know what free speech rights mean.
