Since the island hasn't tipped over due to an excess of U.S. Troops despite Hank Johnsons concern, one has to wonder what the hell is going on with them.  Their Representatnive marched their N.G. troops up to MTJ's office in a pure POLITICAL move.  You may recalll that they also caught flak for using troops as props when they cast their eloctorial college votes.  So Ol' Hank is worried about too many being there, but the locals love to exploit them for political purposes.  The commander that approved that little "march" should be demoted at least.

They likely had no idea they were going to be used as political props.....at least I hope not.  SJW thinking seems to be infecting the military these days so who knows.  But I am sure Hank was relieved to know the military weight in Guam was a little less.
