Yes, it's precedent, but not new. That a state can't bring a claim for which it lacks standing. No, ranting by a Texas AG doesn't really carry any weight when it's in support of an argument not supported by any demonstrable facts. Sventy years and we get about 40% efficacy but in 10 months we have anther flu vaccine that is 95% effective.  I ain't buying it and will NEVER take it. Not to mention they have set up ressusitation stations due to folks crashing from taking it.  But by all means archie, you should take it ASAP.

The flu has many differnt strains or variants and they have to make an educated guess as to which ones will strike that year. They then develop the vaccine based on those most likely to hit. The Covid vaccine was developed for one strain...Covid 19.

That explains the  lower percentage for the flu vaccine.
